Please don’t waste your money. I started with a lovely dietician who then left before my final sessions. Despite the following email I have still not had my final session or any refund Dear Anna My most sincere apologies. I am really sorry that our organisation has been messy and not to a standard we hold ourselves to at this time. I am restructuring after our divorce which of course is not your problem. Please can we arrange a time to have a chat this weekend? Either Saturday or Sunday? I will do all I can to help, hopefully advise you going forward and of course, honour any wishes you have. Do not waste your money. I signed up in Dec 20 - really excited to get started given all I had read online. Sadly, my experience was completely different to what I had expected. My coach met with me once and then went on holiday for 2 weeks, during which time she was completely non-responsive. The coach that covered her in her absence clearly skimmed my emails as her responses didn’t make sense. Once my coach came back - she would rush my sessions and cut them short to 30 min. I ultimately lost faith and really regretted spending GBP 3,600 for a non-existent service. I asked for my sessions to be changed to PT sessions. I was told this was possible but didn’t receive a response for months. Was later told this was because the office manager had left. Subsequently I was told by Louise herself that the situation would be made right. But yet again - no follow through. She never called back and only partially satisfied her promise for a full refund. The team is now back to being totally unresponsive again and I have received multiple OOO emails saying more staff have left. My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible, to say the least. Please do not waste your money on this. Better to sign up for PT sessions or a nutritionist elsewhere.

After meeting Louise Parker in early April 2014, I signed up for the Exclusive Louise program for 4 months. The objective was a loss of 28 pounds, which exceeded my own expectations. The experience of working directly with Louise was absolutely wonderful and the program approach was something that I could understand from a scientific, behavioral point of view. Also, what I learned during my time on the program is absolutely consistent with the information that is provided in Louise's books and on her social media feeds. I am convinced that the dietitians who are involved in the Louise Parker Method programs work according to the same well-established approach that I followed with Louise. During the 4 months in 2014, I hit the weight target we established and even surpassed it a bit. What is more important is that I am still at my target weight today, four and a half years after completing the program. Without any reservations, I highly recommend the Louise Parker Method to anyone who is fed up with not achieving the weight, fitness level, and peace of mind that they wish to achieve and maintain.

Completely changed my relationship with food for the better. I was with them for 12 weeks in 2016 and the dietician who worked with me was fabulous in supporting me throughout the process. 3 years on and I have not gained back any of the weight I had put on (I believe I lost about 5 kg). Is it extravagant? Yes, sure. But it's also an investment and you get out what you put in. I'm sure there are much cheaper ways to go about it. But having someone to check in on me, give me step by step easy recipes and to act as a counselor is what many people need to get out of patterns of unhealthy eating. I told them I'll be back ... after having a baby some day! Until then, I'm happy to say I don't need Louise Parker, because I was set up to succeed on my own after the programme.

I got so much out of my Transform experience. Mine was just six weeks (and I’d do it again post-natally) but I continued to learn lessons and understand the patterns of behaviour that were holding me back previously even after I finished working with the dietician. My only reservation is that I didn’t feel that the transition from Transform to what comes next was covered in a way with which I felt confident. As I said, my Transform was only six weeks, but if I was to advise anyone about anything it would be that you may require extra sessions as you move on. This wasn’t initially clear to me. The ladies are all lovely and I love the online community too. I’d highly recommend working with LP. It may feel like an extravagance but it’s one of the best things you can do not only for yourself but for the important people around you too.

I can't say enough good things about the Louise Parker Method. This programme will not only help you lose weight but help you make peace with food. You will work out the true secret to weight loss which is that the only thing that works is what works for you! The support you receive is amazing and the dieticians are lovely and so knowledgeable. If you're sick of yo-yo dieting, LPM is the place for you.

I can highly recommend the Louise Parker Method as a way of eating healthily for life that helps you to learn to enjoy food, your figure and life in general! For the first 6 weeks of following the plan, I worked with an LP Dietician, Rachael, which I found invaluable. It was good to be accountable to someone, as I went in for weekly weigh ins, but those meetings were about more than standing on the scales. They were a weekly coaching session on how I was feeling generally and managing the programme, and a chance for me to ask questions about food, exercise, and the choices I was making. I never felt judged or told off: I only ever felt heard, respected and encouraged. I also loved the fact that the programme focuses on more than just your weight - it takes a holistic approach by asking you to look at your whole life - body, mind and lifestyle - and I found that very powerful. My targets were not only about a number in terms of weight (and the whole process re-educated me about how misleading that number I've always obsessed about really is), but also about how I wanted to feel. I lost more weight than I thought I would in 6 weeks - 1 stone. It really felt like the weight just melted away and yet I was eating more than I would previously, but eating good stuff that was also tasty and enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, I was disciplined in following the programme and at the start that took effort, will power and organisation. But once I understood the principles and found the food combinations I liked, it was simple to follow, particularly as I could see and feel the figure I wanted starting to emerge. I also helped myself with the choices I made about who I saw in that 6 week period i.e. only meeting up with or visiting those family and friends who I knew would support me in sticking with it. What I'm even more delighted about is that the success has continued beyond those 6 weeks. Immediately after the 6 weeks, I went away on holiday and put a few pounds back on. I didn't regret any of it, cos I'd enjoyed myself on holiday, whilst sticking to some parts of the plan and keeping the exercise up. As soon as I got back from holiday, I went back to following the programme and lost the weight I'd put on in less than a week. I've continued to stick with it since, and I've now lost another half a stone, which means in total I've lost 1.5 stones in 11 weeks. I feel great in terms of my general health, my mindset about both myself and my life, and I feel so good in what I'm wearing. It's been an education about food and burning calories, body fat vs muscle mass. I now know how to make good healthy choices, whilst also feeling able to enjoy those indulgent foods when I want to without regret. This has been an important experience for me, and I cannot recommend the Louise Parker method and her dieticians highly enough.
