Having never worked with a personal trainer before I was a bit nervous but she was exactly what I needed - friendly and a true expert in post natal recovery. Her sessions were the perfect balance of gentle in the early stages, working towards challenging as time went on. She’s also a lovely woman to spend time with. Louise is so kind and patient. I started training with her as I developed a mild prolapse after giving birth to my daughter. I’ve just seen my pelvic physio. She said I’ve basically healed. That if she didn’t know my history and she examined me, she’d say there was no prolapse. Having the courage to pick up a barbell again, getting my pelvis and ribs back in alignment were big pieces of the puzzle to healing. I would have been lost on my own. Louise’s quiet encouragement has been so meaningful. Thank you 😊

I wanted to regain my core strength and get back into running. Louise was fantastic at devising a program tailored specifically for me and making each session interesting and varied. She is very knowledgeable in her field and spent time to make sure I perfected the technique for each exercise. Highly recommend Louise. After 2 pregnancies (twins and a singleton) I didn't know how to start exercising safely again. My abdominal separation was an issue and my confidence was low. Louise trains you the smart way. She listens and observes with experienced eyes. She responds with training that is personal to you. And it really, really works. No intimidating routines, just really good, targeted programmes that you can do anytime, anywhere, including from your own home. Our 1 - 2 - 1 sessions have built my core strength and equipped me with so much knowledge. I wish every mother could get the chance to work with Louise!

I’m so glad I discovered Louise. I’d been wanting to get some specialised help with my post partum fitness for a while but was nervous to take the plunge. I needn’t have worried. Louise was very kind, professional and easy to work with, and clearly well versed in post partum fitness. She started me off gentle to ease me in considering I hadn’t done much training before hand, and gradually built in appropriate challenges to help achieve my fitness goals. She also taught me the right breathing techniques and focused on my form to ensure I got the most out of the sessions. I made noticeable improvements in my time with her. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to future sessions.

Louise went above and beyond for me... I am so pleased I found Louise. After my second baby I was conscious of my stomach looking so different and not knowing where to start with proper safe exercises. Louise was my saving grace, she has taught me so much and I've gained so much strength from our sessions together. For our last sessions my child care fell through and Louise didn't think twice about letting me bring my baby to our session. It wasn't ideal but Louise cradled and played with my little girl while I had my hours session! Louise is a genuinely nice person who you can talk to and get advice on all different topics pre and post baby. I have gained so much knowledge from meeting Louise physically and otherwise. Highly recommend her to every mother.

I had the pleasure of training with Louise after my second baby, and I really looked forward to every Sunday morning when I had a hour of time that was just for me! Louise is an extremely knowledgeable PT and has always adjusted our sessions to suit my needs and ability. I felt challenged during every session, but not like the workouts were unachievable. Although Louise is very professional, she is also very understanding and caring. I felt like I was training with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed every session.

I started seeing Louise when i was 3 months pregnant, and had a weekly session up until 2 weeks before i gave birth. I cannot rate Louise highly enough! Having been very active before pregnancy i was knocked sideways a bit with not knowing what i could and couldn't do whilst pregnant. Not only did Louise reassure me we could still train weights as well as do some cardio, but her knowledge and understanding of how my body was changing and what i could do to make the most of it was exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed each session, and it definitely kept me in shape and sane though-out my pregnancy. Louise also gave me information that helped me know my limits as my body changed, pre and post birth!

I could not have wished for a better experience than I got with Louise! I was so worried about exercising with my precious bump but she knows exactly what she is talking about and my mind was at ease instantly. A session with Louise a week was exactly what I needed mentally and physically, being pregnant is so tough and this hour gave me time for looking after me.
