Edit: Item I purchased (the set of instinct rings) were really bad quality due to the coating used on the rings which were poor. I spent some time researching and a lot of people have complained about the same thing. I returned them to the store and this time the staff were fantastic, very helpful and attentive. The store was very busy this time, yet the staff were kind and understanding, this is exactly what I expect from LV, it’s such a shame these weren’t the staff I had when I originally went in otherwise they probably would have persuaded me to not even buy the product anyway as even they knew it was rubbish. I have raised the review to 2 stars because of this experience but because of the poor product quality from such a highly regarded luxury brand and because of the awful 1st experience I had with the brand I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to purchase from LV ever. I won’t be returning sadly but thank you so much to the staff who helped me return my purchase (considering that there is also no returns for jewellery) Original review: Poor attitude from the staff, too busy helping the only other customer in the store who didn’t even buy anything. I was waiting for ages to even get the attention of anyone, I can’t believe I even bought anything. I’ll never buy from LV again. Gucci’s service was way better. I hate complaining but I can’t stand pretentious and judgemental people who behaved like they were surprised that I could even purchase anything from the store.

Most horrible shop I've ever been. I went this LV at 17.00pm 22nd of April. A short lady at reception wearing white, with horrible attitude. 100000%. Never buy LV in my life. Only choose Chanel or Dior or other luxury brand. Ruined my day. To be honest, she is just stuff there, not the owner of LV, why her attitude is so horrible. 🤢
