    I would rate 0 if I could, disgustingly rude arrogant staff, asked for a refund on an item that was purchased 2 days prior but refused as it wasn’t in ‘resell-able condition’ but had never been taken out of the box, avoid this store at all cost or go if you feel like being looked down upon and treated like sc*m!

    Excellent service from Christopher W. I had previously read the reviews online and was sceptical about visiting the store. I went to just look at colour/print options in the flesh with the intention of later ordering online. However Christopher completely made the experience for my partner and I. He was really professional and more than willing to help, whilst showing me all of the options available (of which there were loads) in a relaxed manner he made the sales process memorable and actually enjoyable! I came away with a bag and wallet in a completely different colour and print combination to what I thought I wanted! Thank you Christopher. You deserve recognition for being exceptional to deal with.

    When you visit the store you have to register to go into a digital queue which is normally over an hour long. Even if you know what you want to purchase you still have to wait in this digital queue. Only plus side is you can carry on doing your shopping elsewhere and once you reach the front of the queue you’ll receive a text message and you can head back to the store. Aside from this the store is great but customer service good be better.

    Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Louis Vuitton Birmingham has the worst customer service ever. Starting from the greeting, they all come across as rude and intimidating. They quite happily will have customers waiting over 30 mins meanwhile they’re having a mothers meeting. They honestly don’t care what so ever. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
