The first session I came to this club I was fat; now I’m in good shape, I am more confident and have gained some friends along the way. Amo is not only a good coach but an excellent boxer and very involved in training, unlike some clubs Amo will get into the ring and spar with you and by the end of the session you’re knackered, yet you feel very accomplished. also good value for money and many friendly peers to help you in training.
