I ordered a bespoke rug in the Ben Avon tartan. I was promply informed that it was out of stock but more was expected soon. That wasn't a problem as we were going on holiday and it would be better for us if delivery was delayed until we got back. On return (Wednesday) I was informed that the rug was finished, leaving the warehouse the next morning and I would receive delivery on Friday or Monday. Well, it actually arrived that Thursday morning. Amazing service from Stevens and Graham and a shout out to Gillian Allan who kept us informed of the rugs process.

I personally have three gorgeous bespoke rugs and two more on order. I have also put into clients homes as well. I still get positively giddy just vacuuming these show stopper rugs. I searched high and low looking for Tartan rugs and literally stumbled on to Stevens and Graham-so happy I did. The customer service has been exceptional. If you like classic Tartans you won’t be disappointed!

I can not recommend this company highly enough after our recent experience with our carpet. We were expecting our Axminster carpet to be delivered and fitted 5 days after we were informed that Axminster had gone into administration. We had already waited over 6 weeks for it. Stevens and Graham were as shocked as us at the news that we would not be getting our carpet and in fact Axminster had not even started our order! Ingrid, the manager at S and G , phoned me personally to deliver the bad news but within the next 5 days she went out of her way to help us choose another carpet and even managed to have it sourced, cut, bound and laid within the 5 days! S and G also absorbed all the money lost from our original order. We are delighted now with our new carpet and cannot praise the effort, help and consideration shown to us by Ingrid and Stevens and Graham. Five star service.
