    When me and my fiancé arrived, there was a sign on the door outside that told us to call a number to confirm our arrival, when we should’ve be able to walk in and show our receipt! We was shown to our room, then told we couldn’t leave the bathroom light on for a long period of time because it was wasting the hotel’s electricity, she told us that if we needed anything then we should call/text her; which we found unprofessional as she should be available in the hotel, she also mentioned that she would be out most of the night; told us that if we needed her then we should go outside and look for her. As the night went on, the heating was on full and the room got very warm, there was no way to turn it off and/or control it, she also knocked on our door gone past midnight to complain about the shower fan been on as me and my fiancé was taking a shower, this was unacceptable as we’ve paid to be here and can’t even have our own privacy! Furthermore, in the morning, she repeatedly kept knocking on our door, rushing for us to leave! Overall, she was welcoming and we will probably be staying again, however for the price we paid, it doesn’t meet our standards.
