This company is a scam. Several months ago, we engaged them for roof windows replacement, Taz the owner iscame for a survey and a contract was signed, and a 40% deposit paid. The work had been planned but never done. The company is simply stealing money from people - the owner has repeatedly lied to us, ignored all of our calls unless we called from an unknown number, never responded to emails, has cancelled the works last minute each time without providing a new date and with fake excuses. NEVER WORK WITH LOTUS WINDOWS OR TAZ. Their FENSA certificate should be suspended. Service: Installation

My experience with Mr Tarsen was A1. He came for a quote. Which I had a query on. So he came back till I was happy. Installed on time, and cleared all the mess. It was for our home gym. 2 windows and a door. Very happy with the quality, the workmanship and the staff who were friendly. Would definitely recommend and would use again for the main home.
