We’ve had two lasers in the last year from Lotus and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The company is extremely well run which reflects in the team and service received. We looked at so many suppliers but Lotus really took the time to get to know us and our needs (rather than just sell!). We’re absolutely delighted with our machinery and have felt extremely well supported by Lotus pre and after sales. For anyone looking at lasers, I highly recommend a chat with John in sales who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent company! I have dealt with HPC and Hobarts...and Lotus are by far the most helpful, friendly and professional. John a cracking salesman, even sending information at 9pm on a Friday night! Paul very understanding of my changing situation with the logistics. Jay was excellent when delivering my machine, flexible with my arrangement, patient when teaching me and generally a really good guy. Thank you Lotus. We decided to visit the showroom and test a blu70 out, everyone was helpful and it was lovely being shown where the machines were made. Delivery was quick and easy thanks to joseph and john. having never used a laser before both men were polite and helpful showing me how the system worked so i could get straight to using it.
