2 stars overall. I signed a contract with them to do their in-house braces, which was a cheaper option than Invisalign. All was well after my free consultation until I began noticing a lot of disorganisation which put me off them very early in the process. They would promise the braces would be ready by a certain date and would not update me on whether or not they were ready. There was a time they called me to let me know my next set of braces was available for me to come and collect, due to my working hours I had to take time off to go and collect them which I did only to arrive at the news that they weren’t actually ready and that I’d need to return the following week. Whilst reviewing the stage of my teeth the Dentist recommended I do teeth cleaning which I did, only for the nurse who cleaned my teeth to say “Oh they’re not too bad, there’s not much to clean” with a tone of confusion and I was still charged full price. I developed a decaying tooth that was causing me a lot of pain at the time and wanted them to take a look, and I went with the earliest appointment suggested by the receptionist. After the dentist had taken a look and outlined what I would need and how much it would cost, I went to pay for the inspection of my tooth just for the receptionist to add an emergency appointment fee on top, which was not at all outlined for me when I booked the appointment. No one explained it would be an emergency appointment nor did they entail the cost of booking one and there was nothing I could do. Disgusting. At the end of a very drawn-out process of using their braces, my teeth aren’t even fully straight which we spent almost a year trying to correct due to my unhappiness with the results. Also, the teeth whitening did absolutely nothing, even after meticulously following the instructions I’ve seen no change. The only plus side of Lotus is it seemed that eventually they got their act together and became more organised towards the end of my experience, but the damage had already been done. I would recommend going elsewhere.

My visit was pleasant from start to finish with friendly staff at reception to staff who worked there. I had Mandy who was a pleasure to have, she talked me through how my treatment would be like and what to expect after my treatment. She was a delight to talk to and she was great in giving advice on my skin and on what products to use. Definitely recommend this clinic to those looking to improve and get healthier glowing skin.

Mandy was amazing, she is warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. I was super worried about laser but Mandy made me feel so comfortable, it was no where near what I thought it was going to be!
