Charlotte at Lotte Rose Bridal was absolutely amazing. Firstly, it is such a beautiful boutique with an incredibly wide range of dresses. We were made to feel so relaxed and comfortable during the appointment and Charlotte’s gentle guidance really helped to narrow down my search. I can’t recommend visiting this bridal boutique enough - the entire experience from start to finish was perfect and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge is fantastic and her genuine enthusiasm created such a wonderful atmosphere. It has created memories I’ll cherish forever. The Prosecco and goody bag were both just the icing on the cake.

Best experience ever at Lotte Rose Bridal!! Charlotte was amazing!! She had such a lovely, warm personality. She made me feel super welcomed and comfortable the whole day. They had the most stunning selection of dresses. With Charlotte’s help, I found my dream wedding dress. It fit like a glove!! I said yes to the dress and I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Charlotte for everything. I loved your little touches from the personalised welcome sign to a bridal goody bag, you’re so thoughtful. I recommend this place to everyone. I have been all over London and Lotte Rose Bridal gave me the BEST experience, definitely worth the long drive. I can’t wait to go back. :)

The best bridal store you could ever dream of! I’ve been to Lotte Rose multiple times now - to pick my dress, collect my dress, help a friend pick her dress and to choose a veil and each time has been absolutely wonderful! It’s a shame I can’t get married every year to keep coming back and seeing Charlotte and her amazing boutique. Everything is so special, nothing is too much trouble and I’ve been made to feel so welcome and so happy. 10/10 would recommend Lotte Rose bridal to absolutely everyone!

The best experience ever! I was naturally a bit nervous for dress shopping as I didn’t know what to expect but couldn’t recommend Lotte Rose Bridal more. Charlotte is the most bubbly, reassuring person who made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into the first dress. There was no pressure to choose anything or to step out and show everyone something I didn’t love. There is something for everyone, the range of dresses are modern and every single one is beautiful. I’ve found my dress and can’t wait to wear it in a years time! Will be recommending to everyone and anyone I come across in search of their dream dress for the big day.

Lottie rose bridal was over and beyond all my expectations. Charlotte the owner really made my experience certainly wonderfully, unforgettable. She was warm, friendly and welcoming. Extremely knowledgeable and just made mine and my families wedding dress experience better than I could have imagined. I only went in to have a look and get a feel for what type of wedding dress I wanted. But I left with a dress that was so beautiful I just couldn’t refuse. Because this was my first time going to and trying on wedding dresses, I didn’t know if I would be able to find something affordable that I would love. But Charlotte put me at ease and allowed me to pay off my dress with a deposit and make monthly payments. I am so grateful to God that I went here. I wouldn’t stop hugging her. 😄 I recommend this boutique to every bride to be. I left with a feeling on top of the world. Thank you Charlotte for making my day so special! Your customer service is second to none!

I had a wonderful experience at Lottie Rose Bridal! Charlotte made us all feel very welcome and wanted to know as much as possible about our wedding to help set the scene. She explained the layout of the shop and how all the dresses were categorised and then stood back and gave us all time to look through and pick out the dresses for me to try on!! Nothing felt rushed and I was never made to feel pressured into anything. Drinks were lovely and just an overall lovely place to be. Highly recommend a visit!!
