These tell lies , purchased a chair from them when they said they would buy back. (Two buttons fell off within the first week, they were just glued to the leather to look like they were sown on. I didn't complain I just got them repaired) When I rang to offer them the chair 18 months later they said not interested. Buy at your peril!!!! They have just replied and basically imply me and my wife are lying!!! YOU DID SAY YOU WOULD BUY IT BACK FROM US . WE WERE IN YOUR SHOWROOM!!!@ And on the phone call I specifically asked if you were interested and you replied with a straight NO

I have bought two beautiful pieces of Danish furniture from Lots 2 Like over the past year and both pieces have been superb! Exactly as described. I started off with a two seater sofa and Jonathan went out of his way to source a matching lounge chair. No mean feat these days as they a very rare! The response to this review says it all about this company! Trying to fob me off as a fake complaint is the oldest trick in the book and says a lot about how this company treat their customers. Very poor communication!! Lack of response to 4 messages to then finally receive a rude message from Jonathan with a number of incorrect assumptions!! Very unprofessional and greedy business practice! Not what I'd expect from a small business!
