The woman who did my nose was just perfect and answered any question i had with so much detail, she explained to me what would happen and her attitude was so positive. I only just got the piercing today and so there is nothing wrong with it at this moment in time, but i don’t expect there to be anyway.     Saskia pierced my nostril and was such a professional, kind and gentle piercer. I was nervous and a bit prone to going faint, and she couldn't have been more patient - she talked me through every step, gave me tonnes of time to calm my nerves, and even found me a glucose tablet to make sure I was feeling ok! Absolutely brilliant service from the woman who was working on the front desk that day too. Very clean inside, a really warm welcome and I am so glad I popped by for a walk-in appointment. I will only return here for future piercings.

    I used to get all of my piercings at Lost time and presumed I was just lucky with all my piercings healing perfectly. When I moved away I tried another piercer that was cheaper as I thought that I wouldn’t have an issue as I never had before. I went into lost time yesterday as I was having trouble with my new piercings and couldn’t understand why and realised that I’d been pierced with either the wrong length jewellery or the wrong type. I had the piercings changed and got a gorgeous new piercing for my conch! I was also made to feel listened to and felt like Juliana went above and beyond to check everything over for me. I have learnt my lesson and cheaper most definitely is not better! Even though it wasn’t their mistake to correct I left feeling as if they really cared about getting the piercings to heal properly!
