    My flight got cancelled and I was told to collect my baggage. After 9 hours of the staff telling me they are trying to locate my bag, I eventually got told "we dont know where your bags are". I haven't even flown anywhere and they still managed to lose my bags!!!

    Really really bad experience. To start, they don’t answer the telephone (any terminal) nor do they reply to emails. Left my laptop behind in security by mistake and when I returned a week later, was told they didn’t have it after a very lazy check. Was reported stolen and recovered only after some urgency from police. In the end, simply wasn’t booked in correctly and then they will still charge you to collect your own belongings. Horrendous

    Recently had my smart watch returned to me. The fella on the lost property service desk is amazing and I can't fault him at all for his service. However my watch was incorrectly identified which lead to it not being recognised as mine at first, date they found it was 30/11 and date it was matched to me was 22/12 due to it being mislabelled. I know that can happen sometimes so still 5 stars and I also know the fella was genuinely trying to help me out over emails too, as he managed to find the match despite there being a difference in my description of the item. Thankyou for getting my watch back to me genuinely so much relief x

    Fantastic service. Helped me with a lot of information. About train and bus routes and times. For train station storage times and other details. I left my bags in storage. After ten minutes I changed my plans and I went to get my bags. And the employee does not charge me for 10 minutes. Super attitude. I wish these employees a cool life!
