Excellent food and atmosphere let down by lack of prompt service. Party of six, work lunch arrived at 12 pm on Friday. Drinks over 30 minutes to arrive despite place being almost empty. Food took ages to arrive but was very enjoyable. Could do with a little more attention to speed of service please.

A friend & I visited for bottomless brunch. It was a hot afternoon & we were seated in the opened out conservatory area which offered enough shade for my liking & enough sun for my friend's! Our server was Charlie who was very pleasant & accommodating. It felt like she paid us the attention we needed in terms of checking in & replenishing our drinks, despite their being multiple big parties booked in to celebrate special occasions. Food was lovely & drinks were fab - special note goes to the strawberry & cucumber fizz! I ate the smashed avocado with poached eggs on toast & my friend had the tortilla wrap. The price charged was fair & we weren't rushed out afterwards like you are at some venues. Thanks Lost & Found!!

The food was lovely, lots of choice on the menu. Charlie was excellent, she moved us to a table outside as it was such a lovely day. She also kept checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The service we received means that we will definitely be returning g to the list and found very soon.

Food was ok but service was terrible. First waitress was lovely but left us waiting to pay the bill for over 30 mins. When we got up to find someone a new waitress appeared who was shocking... Her attitude was unbelievable. She never apologised for the wait, she never asked how everything was, she was blunt and rude and didn't make eye contact and didn't speak unless spoken to. She was quite literally the rudest person I've had the pleasure of being served by and you seriously need to take a look at your customer service training. She had blonde hair and was about 22-25 years old. On top of this, after paying we thought we would buy a cocktail to drink in the sun. After standing at the bar and being ignored we decided to leave. I've been to lost and found lots of times but this was the worst experience of customer service ever and I won't be coming back again now.
