Lorrayne did a brilliant job taking my suit trousers up despite the fact they had complicated hems. She also did it with little/no notice and was very accommodating, squeezing me in despite already being busy. The trousers came back looking great, to the extent I got her to do some more as her work was noticeably much better than that of a different seamstress I used previously.
