This is the first time we visited Sevenoaks and this was the first shop we walked in. I have to say we was not happy with the way one of the staff spoke to us. We walked in and I greeted the lady with “hello, how are you?” And her response to that was “I’m alright, until you walked in”. I then asked her “why did you say that, should I not be here…”. She paused and responded, “we are closing in 10 minutes and you have walked in. You can have a browse in that 10 minutes.” We was devastated by the welcoming and just walked out. It is not nice to be treated like that. The other staff members was alright but this women was not. Wish I got her name.

Absolute gem of a shop. Stationary and greetings cards on the ground floor. More importantly a toy shop upstairs. Prices are well matched against online giants. My wife and I buy a lot of birthday and Christmas presents for great nephews and nieces each year.
