I was in the unfortunate position of looking for a new role after I was made redundant end of 2020. I applied for only a handful of positions and Rubina from Lorien was the first to respond (the next day in fact!). First impressions were that she was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping. Rubina was in contact with me regularly and keeping me updated with the recruitment process. From submitting a video snippet on a Weds, having an interview on Friday, followed by a 2nd interview on the Monday I was in a position to accept the job offer by Weds. All this within 1 week.
