The staff at this store are unhelpfully , you wouldn't belive they are getting paid for thier troubles . The opening times for the post office that are listed online & in store are false ... as the staff there feel it is totally exceptable to open & close it when they feel like it

If your not from the area BEAWARE of customer service seems like only locals get treated nicely..we Live local just moved to lordswood area for peace and quite with new family but store clerk and staff a bit rude & arrogant didn’t expect such behaviour in a decent neighbourhood. Anyway, I’m not the only one experience this read other reviews as well.

The longer opening hours than other post offices is really handy for me and my work hours. The staff have always been courteous and helpful for me when having to send anything at a later hour, so thank you for an essential service.

poor customer service most especially by Mandy (Deputy store manager). Website reports post office closes at 10 pm. Arrived at approx 9:47 pm to send an item quickly. Refused and told the post office closes at 9:30pm despite also being told this is not written anywhere for customers to be made aware, 'its just their policy'. Policies should be clear on the website and not just decided on the day.

The store has helpful friendly staff but What a shame the post office is now run by counter staff who are struggling to run the store as well as run the post office side, they have problems with basic post issues and this doesn’t fill you confidence when you use the service.

Overall average service although both times I've come in for postage they've tried to overcharge me. Luckily I know the prices as I worked as a manager at a post office myself. I hope this isn't a regular occurrence but it has happened twice to me alone. Please make sure you use the postage templates for every transaction and use them correctly.
