How can you send an e-consult request in when you get halfway through, answer a question push the next step button and it won't move. It's so frustrating after being with Lordswood surgery for over forty years. Can someone please correct this?

Wouldn’t really give this place one star, receptionists tend to be rude, the doctors have given me the same antibiotics repeatedly even when I have said they don’t help and it’s extremely slow service

Wouldn't even give 1 star if I had the option, me and my dad have had nothing but problems since being under this surgery, forever being palmed off elsewhere to avoid work, promises of referrals that never happen. Ridiculously long waiting time for the phone to be answered, doctors running later than the surgery has even been opened. Most recently I have been having problems reordering my pain killers, ordered 29th of December, took my pharmacy 2 emails to chase them up, only for them to say im given 2 months supply when in fact I only receive 1 month at a time and I wont get more until February! I had to call to explain things, told my prescription would be at my pharmacy later that day, when I went there, still nothing, as it was a Friday and doctors are closed until Monday I am having to wait until then to call AGAIN it us now 7th of January. Everything gets made so complicated for paitents, endless stress, wish I could still be under my old gp surgery!

Gave one star because couldn’t give any lower. Without doubt the most useless and unhelpful receptionists. Doctors seem to be all locums so you never know who they are, and more importantly they have no knowledge of you. Find another surgery or maybe a vet.

Needed to ask for increased meds, told no had to have a ecg, fair enough, 1 month waiting list, worrying as heart problems are serious, waited and got one, asked again for increase meds told no , fill in an e consult, a dr was supposed to ring me the next morning, no gp rang went into the surgery, unmanned desk, waited and waited and waited, eventually a person arrived sat in front of me and worked on her computer for a while then asked me what I wanted, I explained my needs and no Dr rang me as I was told, she more or less called me a liar, and said to complete an e consult, I asked what did I have to do to get medical care? She told me a Dr would (perhzps) ring me tomorrow pm, as no Dr rang me today I dont hold much hope that this will actually happen, awful, awful, awful why cznt we see and speak to a Dr?
