Would give 0 stars if possible. They don’t contact you if something is out of stock, just don’t post it out. The item is still showing as in stock online, so happy to take your money! Only order from them if you are willing to go in to a proper shop to buy when the delivery doesn’t arrive. I don’t usually waste my time leaving reviews so obviously I am annoyed, more so because it was food for my baby bunnies!

If you need your order delivered, look elsewhere! Terrible experience, ordered cat food over a week ago, and it is still not dispatched, also, there is no answer to any emails. Awful "company" and worst customer service ever. They should close the website if they can't fulfil the orders.

Appalling service. Ordered on the 3rd May and on the 10th it was still sitting in warehouse. Their excuse was bank holidays but it hadn’t even been sent and I’d not been updated! Have reordered with a company that does for same price and next day delivery!

I have been using bottomless bowl for a couple of years now but have been disgusted this month in their price robbery. If I bought 2 bags of autarky food from their site it would cost me £24 per pack as a one off payment. It is advertised that if I subscribe I would be able to buy 2 bags for £22.32, yet I have loyally subscribed and been billed £63.25 for my latest order of 2 bags. So more expensive for being a loyal customer. Needless to say my subscription is now cancelled. I have had a response saying at least I did save some money by being a bottomless bowl customer (£66.58, so £3.28) but they are yet to explain why their deliver charge is £18.61, increasing the price of 2 bags from £44.64 to £63.25!

Bottomless bowl continues to reorder. Very awkwardly setup. Gives the impression that you've ordered correctly then continues to reorder through a bottomless bowl. I would personally avoid this as it's odd to cancel your orders. Difficult to be in contact with too to talk with someone.
