It’s a good place to get the Covid vaccines but even if you’ve got an appointment you’ll need to wait in line like everyone else. The staff were friendly & helpful, but they need to work on improving wait times, especially for the elderly. And customer service in answering calls needs major changes, what’s the point of having the number attached if no one will answer the customers calls? So bad.

Keep up the good work!!! You guys ROCK!! Thank goodness for the wonderful NHS and the wonderful medical staff. Can you stop rubbishing them about the phone service. This is not uncommon having to wait, because there is a high demand from people who don't want to learn English . They haven't contributed to the UK economy apart from to complain

I travel with my family friend because he has skin issues with both his legs. His leg ulcer specialist is a wonderful lady and very informative. He has his legs in a correct bandage for the size of his calves as after a couple of days of him first visiting her, we both noticed a significance improvement. The fluid in his legs are actually decreasing and slowly getting slimmer so I am really pleased and full of praise for her. I don't speak to receptionists on the phone but from what I have seen, she is polite
