Absolutely appalling. This is the second time I have had problems with this company. Thought I would give them a second chance. Delivery this time was delayed twice and then I was informed that " The courier has lost your order". ( Same message as my first order) Please do not be misled by these people

My First Rug didn't turn up. At first it was hard to get a response other than someone had signed for it. Eventually we found the couriers were at fault, once that was sorted Lord of Rugs contacted me to tell me they were sending a new one out with a different courier. It has arrived and it is beautiful, soft, luxurious and the perfect colour. Thank you.
