    Loot is Deliberately Running a Fraud Pet Section financed by a Gang of African Fraudsters operating from Cameroon. If you search in the section "Puppies for Sale" you will see dozens if Delightful Designer Breed of Puppies ate knock down Prices all being offered by these Fraudsters. Delivery is promised on payment through Western Union,Bank Transfer & other non traceable payment methods, once the payment is made they will make further demands for Payment for Delivery Costs, then after for Insurance costs, then for vets Bills and finally for Vaccination certificate costs. No Puppy is ever delivered and they will never contact the victim again. They also do the same with African Parrots. We have reported these Fraud Ads to Loot on many occasions and they refuse to remove the Fraud ads or even acknowledge the reports. I understand that clearly they don't care if innocent victims get "Robbed" online through these Fraud Ads or clearly someone in the Customer Services department is being encouraged to let these Fraud ads run.
