I had looked at using a printer closer to home but they were so rude and unhelpful so I decided to ring up loomland which an employed company had previously used and suggested. I spoke to Julie who was super lovely and helpful. I then proceeded to send them the jackets that I needed altered. However the courier I used was appalling and it took over a week to get from Loughborough to Manchester, which added even more pressure to the tight less than two week time limit I had. They received the parcel on the Tuesday and had them back to me by the Friday with all the right adjustments and they looked perfect. They provided a swift, professional service with incredible customer service, just shows that being nice goes a long way.
