Recently purchased my new car from Kia lookers Stockport and had the most wonderful experience. James woodfinden, what a lovely well presented young man with perfectly manicured hands and a great smile gave me a great impression and listened and understood my needs for a new vehicle. On collection I was disappointed that my new vehicle wasn’t wrapped with a big red bow , we had a great laugh at this. however I did receive a goody bag of vehicle care products. Don’t get anything from these people. I bought a car from lookers with extended warranty for 2 years. Not only do they not cover the full structure, they constantly lie. I asked them if they received an invoice from the mechanic where my car was being fixed they said no, which led me to go to the mechanic and demand an explanation. He showed me that he sent the email with invoice and they haven’t replied or bothered to do anything, make me look stupid. I’ve been without my car going on 2 weeks now and it’s costing me more to commute daily than it would fixing it myself. WORST COMPANY EVER!

i bought a car which had an epc fault on test drive 3weeks later the car is still being repaired ive been told 3 times what it could be and each time its supposedly repaired its something else now contacted the head office for advice and was told it sounds like a case that needs acting on immediately and the general manager of the company would be in contact asap 4 days later still nothing no call no info on where i stand nothing ive only had the car 3 weeks and driven it 5 times as each time its had to go back for a fault im left feeling very very disapointed would should be a good experience buying a newer car its now totally been ruined

After a full refurbishment and even trying to help the environment by installing car charging points, somehow this business manages constantly leave all the lights on over night. 7 days a week of light pollution to local residents and unnecessary wasted energy.

Legal team don’t reply, stick out of office on Hamilton lookers and there so called legal team are useless and classless, been 12 days no reply from management or there legal team 4 months now without a car due to it being sold faulty Duncan McPhee the head of lookers you need to cleanse your company as your staff procedures and customer care is -10 out of 10 it’s that bad, Care for a customer = 0 Quality of car =0 After team help = 0 Anyone who buys from lookers well take it from me you would be crazy too sadly I have to now take them to court and go through all that stress and costs just to get a issue resolved which any other main dealer would of sorted straight away Shocking totally shocking
