Not much to say about this dealer bought brand new car 5 years ago cost over £50,000 and even though it was white I noticed when picked up lots swirls over entire car complained got told there were none had salesman and 3 managers looking at it trying to intimate me said I wasn't taken car and wanted old car back and money put back into my account was then told they would put into workshop to fix took a week came back worse than started contacted volvo itself but they wouldn't intervene or help contacted ombudsman but they couldn't help either as garage isn't signed up to code of practice thats 1 issue have plenty other I even once got someone else's service schedule with name address email phone number I phoned dealer to complain got told they'd post mine out and just to bin the other one not very customer focused Had few services not happy at way was treated by service managers etc id never buy a car from them nor volvo again poor service all round from both volvo and garage i put 1 star but wouldve been even minus but had to put something to write review

Booked for service and MOT. The day before was sent opportunity to book in online, so all I had to do was drop off car in the morning, which was great. Recieved a video inspection of my vehicle where it was advised to change front pads and discs. The video was followed by a call from Pauline who advised service was completed and had passed MOT. We discussed brakes and cost and Pauline offered 3 interest free payments which was handy and accepted and had the brakes done. Picked up the car after lunch and enjoyed a little run in the sun. Overall great experience,good processes, great communication, and opportunity to pay in installments. Can't ask for more.

Met Brian in sales dept. A really nice friendly and helpful young chap. Gave me lots of info about the XC90 and let me try a new one for size as I'm a bit disabled. Highly recommend talking to Brian if you're interested in Volvo, but make an appointment as he's popular.
