I purchased a New VW Caddy from the Dealership.. Really good showroom staff and excellent service from Salesman Bentley.. Perfect handover, everything went great.. However the overall service was let down by the fact I put a £500 holding deposit down on my Credit Card, which I was told would be refunded when I picked the car up. However nearly 3 weeks after picking the car up.. Still no refund.. Is it that difficult?? Come on Lookers, Your sales staff are being let down by your admin, excellent service has been spoiled by this.. I would like to of put 5 stars but money makes the world go around.. And i’d like mine back!!
