    Terrible Customer Service Experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling customer service I experienced at Land Rover West London. Despite dropping off my car for service in the morning and being promised a phone call when it was ready for collection later in the day, I received the call at 17:10, giving me only 20 minutes to reach the dealership before their closing time of 17:30. Despite filing a complaint and diligently following up for three months, I was completely ignored by the manager, Scott Mitchell. This utter neglect continued even after I received a response from the head of business, Matthew Gurney, who proved to be even worse than the staff members I initially complained about. Matthew failed to keep his promise of calling me at the agreed-upon time, demonstrating a lack of punctuality and respect for my time. Moreover, when he did contact me, he displayed a complete lack of understanding and knowledge about my complaint. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing. Considering the immense stress, inconvenience, and time wasted due to their poor service, I rightfully expect to be appropriately compensated. However, instead of addressing my concerns, Matthew suggested I visit him for a chat, further wasting my time. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Land Rover West London, as their subpar customer service and inability to handle complaints reveal a deeply flawed organization. I will actively share my negative experience with others, both online and offline, to ensure they are aware of the subpar service provided by Land Rover West London. I am eagerly looking forward to parting ways with my Range Rover and finding a different brand that truly respects and values its customers.
