Booked my car in after a 6 weeks waiting time, Told Land Rover of my issue which was the Bonnet was slightly dipped at the passenger side , Compared to the Driver's side which has a massive gap. Told them when booking there is a big gap on the Driver's Side and the Passenger's side is too low, It is slanting/Sloping down. So they were well aware of the issue before me handing the car in. Left the car at 9.15am and got a phone call at 4.45pm, Saying there was no fault.?!? Anyone can see that there is a fault/issue on the Passenger side. All they did was twisting the Passenger side rubber stump to try and even out the gap, I already told them I had tried that. So 7 plus hours to do that and also had the time to do a health check. Which i didnt require because I only serviced the car with them about 10 weeks ago. If they just said, We cant fix it. I would have accepted it but for them to say there was no fault? and no issue with the bonnet? Lets put it this way, I can stick my finger through the wheel/arch bonnet, But the passenger side the gap is sloping down, I would not be able to stick anything in that gap, Probably could ... A piece of paper! Its An Evoque! So if anyone drives an Evoque, You will understand what gap I am talking about.
