    Shameful service from this place. A simple recall which should take no more than 45 mins, took them 30 mins but I waited 90 mins for them to finish and hand back. Ridiculous. Customer service needs improving guys

    Needed a spare part for my XType. Spoke to Richard who was friendly and most helpful. Ordered part for next day pickup. Have been trying to get a call back for 3 weeks from Grange Brentwood for the same thing and eventually gave up. Lookers gave the service expected on the first try.

    Service department. Some of the staff are helpful, the ones that aren't make for a bad experience. Typically "it's not our problem" is what you hear from them. Unable to offer advice because it's "not our problem". Happy to take your money (and another of it), but no desire to go further than the bear minimum. Happy to give you back a vehicle that is worse than when you took it in.
