    I recently purchased (May 2023) a BMW from Lookers Crewe. I drove from Newcastle Upon Tyne to test the car and then returned there by train to pick it up, so it took a time-commitment from me, thus I was extremely pleased at the level of service I received. The team is a professional outfit and made my purchase experience enjoyable. From the initial phone inquiry, to the test drive and finally the transaction, it was a smooth process. A special shout-out to Andy Russell for being my sales executive in the process; Andy is knowledgable, thorough and a friendly, affable person who made me feel comfortable from the minute I arrived. Also thanks to Martin for accompanying me on the test-drive, showing me some cool back roads, and pretending to enjoy my frantic driving :) I would definitely buy from these guys again. We live over 3hrs away but , despite that, our initial enquiry was dealt with seriously and professionally. We received a clear video on day 1 highlighting the points I asked about during my first phone contact. Becky answered all my questions and we were able to agree a good deal for everyone. We kept in regular contact and arrived in Crewe today with everyone having clear expectations. There was never any pressure, nor hard sell. The car was as described and a small scratch nobody had noticed was professionally repaired while we waited - we were even offered lunch. Thanks to Martin Turnbull for his supportive care.
