  bought a cabriolet a couple of years ago ...bearing in mind i have bought a couple of cars from here... had it back and forwards several times .... 2 year down the line they still havent corrected the things i pointed out .... they played the warranty out ..... not be going there again ......not even for a mat

  Where do you start with this dealership? from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from anyone of the wonderfully professional staff. I had the pleasure of taking my Audi there for a service and there are just not enough superlatives to describe Jasmine and the team who looked after my car. The moment I handed over my key until the moment I paid the bill I knew everything was in safe hands. Id go as far as to say Audi need people like Jasmine, the interaction with her leaves you with total confidence that your vehicle is as important to Audi as it is to you. Thank you Tyneside Audi.

  Recently contacted this Audi dealership with a sales enquiry where I spoke with Andy Webster, who was nothing but exceptional. My enquiry progressed to a vehicle not at this dealership but this posed no issues to Andy who very quickly arranged for this vehicle to be brought for me to view and test drive. Initial facts and figures provided and thereafter I was given plenty of time to consider my options. No pressure telephone calls or emails. When the time was right for me I attended where after a 3.5 hour drive from Glasgow Andy made me welcome immediately asking after my welfare and offered a coffee. He let me settle then we spoke about the vehicle before viewing it. During this initial inspection I noted a few minor blemishes/faults that without question Andy agreed to have rectified. I was the granted the opportunity to test drive the car on my own, another nice touch without the pressure of a sales person sitting next to me. Return address to dealership imputed into Satnav to assist my return. On my return I had identified a major safety issue that Andy immediately spoke to the workshop technician about and I was assured this would be dealt with immediately. Paperwork completed without being over intrusive into my personal and financial circumstances and purchase made. Full information about next stages of purchase/delivery of my new car explained by Andy. Before leaving to travel home, Andy again offered me a hot or cold beverage. Andy has a sincere, friendly approach and manner. He is very knowledgeable in his field and keen to listen to and quickly resolve my (customer) concerns. A true credit to himself and the Audi/Lookers team. I wish him and this dealership every success.

  First of all it's not very often I would write a bad review but I had such a hassle with this dealership and im also in the motor trade myself so i hate to give any negative feedback really.First of all I must admit buying a car off them was no issue and easy to deal with but as soon as the cash was handed over that is when the good service stopped.Multiple emails ignored time and time again,Got sick of ringing up constantly to get issues sorted out.Receptionist was great(Thankyou) but again i could not get a return email or phone call untill I finally gave in and was asking to speak to a manager and got an email back within 15 minutes.I was very disappointed considering I had just spent alot of money with this dealership and expected alot better from a main dealer.Eventually got the issue sorted but I think I would be very reluctant to use this dealership again for either sales or service as the experience was ruined and felt like I just got ignored as soon as I handed over the cash and I picked the car up.

  After sales service is shocking my husband bought car from them 2 weeks ago and a fuse went on it when he took it back they where going to charge 60pound to check it then if there was anything else wrong thay would charge him for that won't be going to them again fora car sales people don't want to know once you've bought car

  Very poor after sales service. My wife bought her Audi A1 in 2019 . Very happy with the car and no problem with the sales staff Imagine her surprise she she discovered after all this time the V5 had not been sent off so the car was still regestered to the dealership . The implication of this was the tax was cancelled by the DVLA . She was not informed of this because she was not the regestered keeper . We informed Lookers and were promised a return call from the manager. We are still waiting . If that's what they call good service we will be looking elsewhere for her next car in 18 months time . We done lookers you have lost a repeat customer .
