First of all the repair work was carried out to a good standard. Unfortunately the customer service was not. Lookers only once pro-actively called me with an update. The rest of the time I had to chase them for updates and the information given was never accurate. To top it all the MOT on the car was coming up for renewal and Lookers had had the car for a month. They agreed they would 'sort something out' but when the car was finally ready they told me they didn't have a contract with any garage to do the MOT. I finally got a call to say the car was ready and arranged a time to pick it up. The car was covered in ice when I arrived and they asked if I was happy with the work (due to the ice I couldn't see the work). They then used a bucket and water to get rid of the ice but I still then had to assess the work on wet bodywork; not ideal. Is it so difficult to give good customer service? I had my car repaired here ,the standard of service was terrible it took nerly a year to complete the works , they said i had a 5 year warranty that is a waste of time , i would not recomend this company to anyone , they are not willing to carry out my repair & i am left with a prestige care with faulty paintwork so now more money going to be spent on court action , Disgusting standard of service,DO NOT USE !
