I just had the rudest, most abrupt unkind woman on the phone at reception. I asked if I could bring some clothing down everything is washed folded and clean and I have bags of it. I was told I couldn't, which I understood and was fine with. The issue I had was I was trying to ask the question if she would know if any other homeless shelters would follow the same procedures. I couldn't even get round to asking it as she just continued to cut me off raising her voice. Cutting in everytime i said one word saying that we can not go and dump clothes there and we should go to a charity shop. I wasn't at all insisting to bring the clothes, had she of just listened and paused for a minute she would have understood that. I eventually got her to stop ranting and asked her to listen to which she responded shes too busy to listen after she just held up the call with her pointless information. She then shouted down the phone in a patronising manner saying listent to meee! This woman clearly has some growing up to do and needs to gain some manners. Disrespectful, rude and just gross behaviour to be honest. The call was on Sunday 25th of July at around 2.20pm if anyone wants to address that behaviour with her.
