I reached out to Phil on Friday about a Polish hound giving him a major list of faults, told him all the instructions the breeder told us to follow, Phil agreed to take her in for a week to observe her behaviour and train her to be a perfect family pet, from the moment he saw her he gave us a list of things we did wrong and it's the things we thought we were doing right, he advised us on what to get for our dog in the time she is with him so the home is ready for her, he keeps us updated with videos, photos and phone calls, he asks us how we're doing and actually explains new ways of doing things with the hound and our other smaller dog, just in the w days he's had her so far he managed to get her to be a pleasure to walk, even managed to get her to start listening to voice commands in English which was a struggle for her as she was an import from Poland but she wouldn't even follow Polish instructions at the time, I'm happy I rang that number late Friday as he has took on a breed that is somewhat unheard of the UK, even though it is a rare breed he took Leia on and is making very good progress, he is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and you can just tell he really has passion for your pets, with hand on heart if you do have issues with your dog please give this guy a call, that 5 minute call could change the way your dog behaves. 5/5 highly recommended!

Phil was very quick to respond and very understanding of my situation. Explained everything. Always keeps in touch with updates. By putting me at ease he made a very hard and stressful situation of having to give my 2 dogs up alot easier with no pressure. I would highly recommend.
