We have had an ongoing problem with rats or a couple of years. The council and a private pest control company have come round, put down some bait and gone away. On John's first visit, he inspected all the drains (not just one), and quickly established where the problem lay and how they were getting into the roof space. After a very short period the whole problem was resolved. A first class job by a company that know what they are doing
