Exactly as you expect really. Pub is run down, lots of damaged seating and tables, wood on children's play area giving splinters and toilets horrible. Food comes out cold/barely warm but it's soo cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Phoned asked if they do gluten free veggie roast confirmed they did so booked table, once arrived order gluten free roast kitchen staff came out and said as she has allergy to gluten we can't serve you what the hell they do a nut roast which she eats and vegetables but still wouldn't serve us very rude

25.5.23....8pm....1.5hrs wait for food and barman said they do not have any bitter!!!!The food is acceptable but the tables are looking very, very tired and the seat disgusting.... Someone needs to spend a bit of money on the interior because the food is the only thing that shines in this place.

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our meal, when it finally arrived it was shockingly terrible. A burger with a piece of lettuce that looked like it had been on the floor, no red onions no hummus no nothing (unlike its description on the menu). The other meal had a teaspoon of mushy peas not even enough for a small child. DEFINITELY will NOT go here ever again.

Terrible we went at 1.15 for lunch and noticed the burgers were by one get one free we thought what a bargain went to order and was told no bacon or cheese so couldn't have a burger we looked at the menu again and thought we will have fish and chips went to order and was told no fish and chips which we thought what a disgrace after all it was early at lunchtime the restaurant itself was a disgrace turn seats and not very clean and whilst we were looking at the menu we notice about 4 plates of food being sent back the man behind the bar wasn't very friendly either l think it will be a long time before we visit this place again

We came here for meal mid day it little busy got told 1h 30 m delay we sat there and waited all we hered was kithen staff getting scramed at after ours meals came out it was stoned cold and food was not cooked properly we complained about and got offered free deserts
