Longmeadow Sports Centre is home to several sports clubs and hosts many social events in it's clubhouse. Whitchurch United Football Club runs football teams for players of all genders from the age of 4 to 65! There are changing rooms, floodlights, viewing stand and 11 a-side football pitch within the Sports Centre and they have a partnership with the Football Association and Testbourne School for preferential use of the artificial grass pitch which is located right beside the Sports Centre. Whitchurch Bowling Club runs outdoor bowling teams for players of all genders and abilities. There is a small clubhouse and bowling green withing the Sports Centre. Longmeadow Squash Club runs squash teams for all genders, ages and abilities, and holds internal ladders competitions. There are changing rooms and two squash courts with viewing gallery within the Sports Centre. Longmeadow Bowling Club runs indoor bowling teams and hosts leagues and competitions. There is a large indoor bowling area surrounded by viewing points. Whitchurch Sports & Social Club runs the clubhouse bar and hosts many social clubs (Bingo, Crib, Poker, Darts, Casino, Stock and Shares) throughout the week. It also hosts major events throughout the year (Balls, Dances, Comedy nights, boxing and music events). There is a large function room available for hire with Kitchen and a large lounge bar in the clubhouse within the Sports Centre. The indoor bowling area is transformed into a Wedding Venue during it's close season and is available to hire too.
