I have to say that despite the prompt delivery the flowers were a huge disappointment. Barbie pink chrysanthemums, one sad cream rose and a couple of other stems. For £45 I expected something special. The flowers were nothing like the photo on the website. I’ve bought better looking flowers from a garage 😞

I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers (and sunflowers only) which they had advertised as in stock on their website. When I received the flowers, there was not a single sunflower. Id understand it if they replaced a few if they didn't not have enough but if I am ordering a bouquet of just sunflowers and it says it is stock I expect at least 1. I would have no problem if they contacted me saying there isn't any and offer me a different option, however this wasn't even done and they sent me a random bouquet which was not even close same value as the bouquet I paid for. I contacted them twice afterwards and they have not responded to me at all. If I could give this place an even lower score I would. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
