I would highly recommend anyone to visit this shop. It has a nice calm vibe about it. Friendly staff who are easy to talk to and happy to help you if you need it. But also leave you to browse the very lovely and beautiful items that they have in there shop. Weather its popping in for healthy food alternatives of which are great and have plenty. Or to find something different in there none food sections like there amazing smelling natural soaps or finding a gift for someone from there natural stones jewelry range or if your into oracle cards etc and books there's something for everyone. Even items for your kitchen. And a lovely corner of the shop that has loose tea that I haven't seen anywhere else here in Eastbourne. A place that I always go back to. And definitely worth a visit one of my happy places 😀.

What a wonderful shop! Beautifully laid out and in the three separate visits I've made, the staff have all been so friendly, knowledgable and helpful. On one visit I bought a packet of crisps that were stale and they did not hesitate to give me another bag the next time I was there and I mentioned it. Needless to say that bag was fine and delicious. I really recommend you visiting this shop if you have any health/dietary complaints. Thanks ladies!
