Terrible company- my 81 disabled mother has been without hot water and heating for most of January. No customer service, no one knows what they are doing, and no one cares for the elderly and vulnerable in this company. It's disgusting! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

L&H are not caring, infact they are totally uncaring and irresponsible, I would not trust them with my wife's dementia care ever. Absolutely disgusted, the rear door gearbox broke nearly two weeks ago, the contractor came out and said that the gearbox would be difficult to source, nw nearly to weeks later still waiting but no fault of contractor as the double glazing is well past it date. But L&H are just to tight to pay for desent fixes, it has left my wife who has Dementia upset, they also expect someone who has osteoporosis and arthritis to climb out of the window to put rubbish in the bin. L&H say they are caring, well that is the biggest pile of bull if heard.

My 76 year old mother ,who has copd, and had cancer last year ,has been told they can't fix her heating until the 20th of January 9 days away ,she was told to sit in bed to stay warm , luckily I have a friend at the environment health department in grimsby who don't like elderly people cold in on the case now. What kind of horrendous company are you should be ashamed

Trapped in Hell with noisy neighbour downstairs that repeatedly crashes her door and next door who plays blaring music. Told I should ask for letters from doctor nurse etc to say i was sensitive to noise. Payed for the one from the doctor , nurse said she couldn't help. Recieved letter from HomeChoiceLinks dated A week before before I received it saying I had three weeks from the date on the letter to put in appeal. Was eventually told that noisy neighbours isn't a reason to move 'as I might move to somewhere the same.' These people want strangling.
