Asked longham motors to diagnose a noise coming from my sons car. Straight away they said front discs. Ok so we had them changed. After a few miles noise was still evident so had it rechecked. They couldn’t find anything wrong. Problem still there. Drove for another week or 2 still with noise coming from wheel vicinity. Today they took the rear brakes apart and said the shoes were full of brake dust so cleaned out and guess what?? After 2 miles the noise is back and my handbrake has gone from needing 4 clicks to 8!! I’m so disappointed and angry I will have to find a garage that can actually diagnose and fix this issue Service: Brake service & repair

Air Conditioning issues in Focus St. Had previously been informed by main dealer it would be the compressor which would be ££££. Took it to Longham motor engineers which was recommended by neighbours as we are new to the area. Longham investigated the issue and discovered the car had simply not properly been gassed previously and nothing to do with the compressor . In the space of an hour I had the call to say car is ready with fully functioning air conditioning. Really brilliant service from the garage really friendly efficient service and most of all really honest. what more could you ask for in your local garage! Thank you chaps!
