Very rude unhelpful and unorganised staff with flippant attitude. their website gives a premier rate phone number which cost fortunes to call which they don't answer and keep you hanging on.

WOW ! What low reviews. No wonder. My prescription for "X" was not in my bag. I 'phoned and asked why and was told they had FORGOTTEN to give me the note explaining the lack of my medicine. I pay for my prescriptions. £8 odd would have paid for my PRESCRIBED medicine "X". But I was told I could buy something similar "Y" over the counter for £13 so they would not fill my prescription as the doctor had written it. I take no benefits, I manage on a reduced wage. I have a good degree so I am not an idiot. What will happen to people that suffer dementia or similar and are not so on-the-ball? They said not fullfilling the prescription as srated was to help the "NHS survive" ! I suffer a mental disorder owing to overwork (burn-out) or PTSD (yes, they still haven't diagnosed it properly and my life is suffering) but highest ranked staff (pharmacist) not the other staff was NOT amenable or considerate to me or my condition and turned their back on me (literally) and walked away. I have proof. VIDEO your dealings, or at least audio record for when you need evidence of their incompetence (forgetting to give me letter e.g. and their rude responses). Record all 'phone calls. Google it; you are within your rights to do so. GP forums agree that patients can record their consultations. And now my mental health is aggravated and I have had to take tranquilizers to calm down. POOR JOB LONGFIELD. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.

Parking nightmare. Wait in queue for too long. Receive WRONG prescription. Expect rude, unintelligent responses from staff. !!!!!**** My surgery (one of worst in UK), but I now take my prescription elsewhere. Save yourself a nightmare and go elsewhere. 200 yards down the road is Blackwater Pharmacy; open until 10pm ! Very friendly helpful staff as should be the norm but is appreciated after a visit to Longfields nightmare centre. Or take prescription to Tesco.

Unbelievably rude woman on the “pharmacy advice line” there is no need to talk to people in that manner, made me feel completely stupid for phoning up with a query regarding my medication.
