I have two very nervous recue cats, and they were very well looked after, with extra hiding places for them to snuggle in. They were obviously well looked after, but even kept an extra day when my flight was suddenly cancelled, it meant I didn't have to worry. I opted for the regular wet food, but they have a special dry as well, and this was accommodated for. We will be back.

A small, family-run cattery that really do take care of your cat(s)! I was nervous about leaving my cat Dizzy as she had never been to a cattery before and is an indoor cat, but she clearly settled in after the first few days. The regular photo updates are lovely and reassuring, and the little gift bag at the end with toys and treats is a lovely touch.

I am so glad I was able to get a space for my boy at Longcroft. It was the first time I had been away since adopting him and was anxious about leaving him. I need not have worried. I was sent regular pictures and emails with updates on how my boy was getting on and this really help me to have a better holiday and relax. They really looked after him well and he got along famously. He enjoyed really enjoyed himself. I am so grateful to Longcroft for the care he was given and the next time I go away, without a doubt he will be going to Longcroft.

I was incredibly nervous leaving Coco in a cattery for the first time but I had absolutely no need to worry. Robbie made sure she had plenty of fusses and cuddles and provided me with daily updates and photos. She even came away with a little gift bag containing some new toys and treats. She was incredibly relaxed on the journey home and has settled straight back in - she was clearly very happy. She’ll be looking forward to her next stay and I’m so relieved I have found a cattery I can trust and know will treat her just as much as I do.

It was the first time we were leaving our cats in a cattery so felt very wary. Robbie quickly assured us they would be very comfortable and enjoy their stay at Longcroft Norbury in an extra large suite. We received regular updates on their stay including pictures which soon put our minds at ease. Both cats clearly enjoyed their holiday and looked really relaxed when we collected them. We will be definitely be checking them in again, confident that the cats will enjoy their own luxury break. Thanks again for the bag of treats and looking after them so well.

It was the first time I left my cat to a cat hotel and I was very stressed but Robbie from Longcroft Norbury has been wonderful. I had almost daily updates and photos of Snow which gave me a lot of comfort. On top of that Snow looked like he really enjoyed himself and he didn’t seem stressed at all. I also received a little gift bag with all the toys he loved playing with and some treats. I couldn’t recommend them more!

It's never easy leaving our two young Burmese cats when we go away but Robbie and Laura asked all the right questions and were very reassuring. We had loads of updates and photos while we were away and I could tell that the cats were content, well looked after and getting lots of attention. Skinny little Tilly even put on some weight about which we are delighted. They will definitely be going back to stay again.

Robbie made our holiday so much more enjoyable by caring so well for our two young cats (who had never stayed away from home before). He took time to understand the nature of our little ones, and was happy to answer my endless questions! The regular updates and photos really put our minds at rest - we could relax in the knowledge that our cats were being so well looked after - in clean and plush surroundings and clearly getting lots of attention.
