No one answered the phone nor responded to emails. on the 5th occasion that I rang I spoke to someone who agreed to let me know if I could book my cat in for the dates I specified. I have never heard from them since - I've had to take my business to another provider - shame.

Thomas had a lovely first experience staying in a cattery. As it was his first time we were nervous about leaving him but the Longcroft offer a high standard of comfort and service you can rest assured your feline baby will be well looked after. Aly was very friendly, responsive and accommodating when we had to make a short notice change to the dates. Checking in at the start of the cold weather period, it was reassuring to see the accommodation was heated and has a section to close during the night to keep the warmth in. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and secure. Aly sent regular updates with photos which allowed us to feel relaxed knowing Thomas was being well cared for and happy. It was clear Thomas had a lovely time and had been well looked after and a lovely gesture to receive a bag of treats and goodies. Highly recommend.

Ralph just had his first holiday at Longcroft Luton and had a great time! Aly made the whole experience of leaving him stress free and I was confident he was in the best hands leaving us free to enjoy our holiday reassured and worry free! My two Ragdoll’s have just had their first holiday with Aly, I cannot thank Aly enough for caring for them! They both had the best time, came home very happy and content. It was very clear that they both had lots of fuss, love and cuddles from Aly. As a first time cat owner and their first time away, the picture messages of them both exploring and saying how they were really helped me know they were in safe hands. Aly at Longcroft Luton is absolutely wonderful. After 18 months of cancelled holidays due to Covid she was always so accommodating and understanding to our changes. When we finally got to our holiday in November and I knew our lovely cat would be in the kindest hands. We had regular updates and pictures of our cat whilst away, which was a wonderful touch and I didn’t worry about her once. We will continue to use Longcroft Luton and Aly for future holidays. 100% recommend.

Aly was fantastic. I had complete reassurance that my boy was being so well looked after. Aly kept in contact and provided regular updates including pictures throughout his stay. There's options to customise your kitties stay to suit their needs and requirements with dietary request being one. Aly even washed Reggie's blanket - 5 star service. We will definitely be returning and can't recommend Aly and her facilities at Longcrofts enough.
