Sebby really enjoyed his stay here, it took him a few days to adjust but Gabriella took good care of him and regularly kept us updated on how he is doing. When we arrived home Sebby was relaxed and settled back in nicely with no problems. I would definitely recommend and will be using Longcroft again!

We could not have been happier with Longcroft Kenley and with Gabriela to look after our cat Nacho for 2 weeks. Gabriela was really great in communication upfront and throughout Nacho's stay, with regular updates and photos which put our minds at rest. The suites are lovely and well set up with separate bed space and play areas. It was no problem for us to bring vet prescribed food and some toys along too. At the end of Nacho's stay we were pleasantly surprised to receive a little goodie bag for him to take home. We would definitely recommend Longcroft Kenley. Thank you Gabriela! :)

We had a lovely experience while we left our cats with Gabriela for 2 weeks. They are both rescues and fine new environments very stressful and Gabriela made us feel reassured with regular updates throughout. Her communication was great and she clearly adores all her guests 😀😀 would highly recommend - the cats are in a calm environment with little noise and lots of space - much nicer than cages and bars which we had seen advertised elsewhere. They are in glass heated rooms and made to be really comfortable.
