Once again my cat Sooty has recently stayed at Longcroft. She is an extremely nervous and timid cat but I never worry when she’s in the care of Claire and Tim as I know they take great care of her. It’s so lovely that they send photos and updates whilst you’re away which puts your mind at rest that all is well. I have no hesitation in recommending Claire and Tim to look after you’re beloved cats, they will have a lovely holiday too!

Lily my 10 year old cat stayed for 2 weeks at the cat hotel. I was a bit apprehensive about leaving her as she had never been in a Cattery on her own before and she is a very timid character. I shouldn’t have worried, she seemed to settle in quite quickly. We received regular updates from Claire which included photos of her looking very relaxed. I think she was pampered so much she didn’t want to leave. On collection we received a lovely goody bag, which included a couple of new toys for her, which was a really nice touch. The cat hotel is a little more expensive than other catteries but to be honest the service is better and I would definitely use again.

Absolutely, thoroughly and definitely recommend Claire and Tim to look after your fur babies. Left our two Ragdolls for the first time, they were spoilt and very content when we went to pick them up. Getting the photos and regular updates was the icing on the cake. We will definitely use them next year.

Our two Maine Coons, Daisy and Hugo, have just stayed for the first time with Claire & Tim at Longcroft Chelmsford. This was only their second time they have stayed in a cattery and a total contrast from the other place they stayed at. Claire & Tim have certainly restored our confidence in being able to leave our two house cats in the care of someone else. Regular updates clearly showed how well looked after they were, especially making them feel relaxed and maintaining their daily grooming and cleaning regime. When they returned home they were also very relaxed and calm, which goes to show that their care was exceptional. Thank you Claire & Tim for making their stay such a positive and worry free experience for us all. We will definitely be happy to use your services again the next time we travel.

We were apprehensive to book Button Moon in as she is only tiny (6 and a half months)… We absolutely needn’t have worried. She has returned home today happy and chilled with a goody bag and looking fantastic. The owners go way over and above to make things perfect and take so much trouble to understand individual needs and worries. Can not recommend highly enough. Ten stars!
