1 star is too much for this absolute joke of a company. Owes us £3500 for a car we sent back to them after it was brought as a gift but everything was wrong with it. Months of false promises excuses, and now no communication and being blocked I have had enough. I said I would not write this but they push too far. Someone needs to get this place shut down after they have paid us our money back

i know i will have no response to this from Longbeck motor company,but we have had a terrible experience with company,be wary using them,we have never seen a copy of our warranty,we are owed money from repairs we had done to a car we bought from them,and no luck,also we had no receipt for the car,and they had the DVLA chasing us for unpaid car tax on our old car we part exchanged with them as they never did the paper work.a nightmare.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - CON ARTIST - Took my car for repairs and never returned leaving me without a car and £4,500 out of pocket. If it wasn't for the police intervention (2 months chasing!), the car would've never been returned. Constant lies, fake promises and excuses - caused financial and emotional stress. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS - PURELY TRYING TO HIDE THE REAL REVIEWS FROM UPSET CUSTOMERS - if you bother to scroll down on all websites you will find multiple real reviews that this garage scammed them and people have been forced down a civil/ criminal routes.

Horrendous! Formally Markse Motor Company they've had to change their name due to so many unsatisfied customers. Will sell unsafe cars and follow up with many false promises about how they're going to solve the issues. Will leave you hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Pay a bit more and go to a respectable dealer, it'll be more than worth it. The warranty is also not worth the paper it's written on. Edit: Amazingly, Dan Harding who is a co owner and the sole individual who lied and made me pursue him through the courts has only left a review on here! Claiming to be a buyer and having a 5 star experience. Unbelievable!

Picture is from their website 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed, how funny, especially as most of their customers are not satisfied and are owed money, this company owes me £5000+ do not do business with them UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO PAY FOR THE WORK DONE ON THE CAR AS DANIEL HARDING HAS REFUSED TO AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK THIS COMPANY OWES ME £5000+ AND NOT A SINGLE EMAIL APOLOGISING OR TRYING TO SORT THE ISSUE, THEY ALSO LEAVE THEIR OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS AS THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD ONES, WILL LOOK TO GO THROUGH COURT PROCESS AND POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA/NEWS JUST HOW SHOCKING THIS PLACE IS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WI THEM!!!!!!!! They have sold me a faulty car when I asked for my money back and the car I part exchanged they said they would do it and then suddenly refused and decided I should get the faulty car fixed instead, 3 garage visits later it was confirmed that there was a major engine fault and I was told by Daniel Harding that if there was a major engine fault the wouldn’t hesitate to give me my car and money back, however there was lots of hesitation and even though there was a 14 day no quibble guarantee (which I was still in) he continued to refuse and demand the car get repaired, so the car has been sitting in a garage which had fixed the issue 9 weeks ago however I still do not have the car back as this small business can’t afford to pay for it, this place is shocking they refuse to answer calls and barely email or text back so I have resulted to this, if anyone working for this company bothers to read these reviews SORT IT OUT, it has been 5 Months, very surprised you are still running.

Purchased a vauxhall insignia from Longbeck motor company after purchase I noticed a few minor faults but all sorted straight away, they even picked the car up from my work left a replacement and had the car returned to me the same day. Very impressed and would 100% use them again.
