We have been extremely disappointed with the unresponsiveness of our agent, Paul Bright. He keeps disappearing for periods. I reached out to him on October 31st requesting information concerning an extension of our Sicily holiday to include a week in the Naples area. Despite numerous follow up emails from me, I never heard back. Today is November 26th.

Have just returned from holiday in Southern Italy arranged by Long Travel. Unable to fault the help that the staff a Long travel gave us. First Hotel Canne Bianche at Torr Canne again unable to fault good location , good food and staff very helpful. Second Hotel Palazzo Guglielmo in a small village Vignacastrisi about 3Km from the coast . Wonderful hotel best art NO Television in room or in the hotel. Great small restaurant on site Food unable to fault. Thank you Long travel.
